Total apathy in property

Recently some other interested parties and myself were treated to a horror show at a property listed to rent in the Newton Park area.<br> The property was in a state that shows that the estate agency and/or property owner could not care about making presentable for viewing. <br> Regardless of the knowledge that there is an ongoing construction directly next door, the estate or homeowner could at least have the decency to be presentable, on time and send someone with actual knowledge of the property, as we were treated by a staff member \who was only there to open up the place\"<br> This spits in the face of all those that look for a place to stay, and in the face of those that do their best to advertise and promote their properties "
