waiting for feedback on repairing verhicle

hi I've bought a verhicle from Jacaranda motors I've phoned them several times to report faults on the Ford Ranger 2010. They've told me we must bring the verhicle in for repairs but then they gonna keep our verhicle for 3days so I've told them I can't be withthout a verhicle for so long. Then they told us they gonne send me a verhicle but still nothing. I've spend money on the mirror that was damage aswell the lisence en number plates. The lady Marlene told me they gonna refund me on the license, numberplates aswell as the mirror, but still they didn't. I've phoned them several times to hear what is the problem but they never come back to me. I've asked them to cancel the verhicle because i'm not satisfied with their service.I've phoned Marlene yesterday but she didn't answer her phone. Time is running out for me because I've only got a few months to cancel the deal with Mfc . So I've asked if it is possible for them t cancel the transaction with the ford and supply me with another verhicle like a Huandai Tuson but still no answers from them. Please help me I don't know what more can I do. Thanks Louis Marx ***
