Won a compitition and no one has contacted me to claim!

I won a Woman's day appreciation competition on the 24 Aug 2023 (a Spar voucher). I have called numerous times, and emailed Jakaranda about claiming the prize and no one has come back to me. Looking at some reviews on Hallo Peter there are other contestants that won prizes and business does not even respond. This is very sad, shame on Jakaranda FM
