Very unfriendly radio station

In response to JacarandFM's website - my Kid Rocks, I sent 3 emails to *** 4 weeks ago, thereafter followed up via Facebook and Instagram messages. So far no response at all - neither email nor message. Is this the Jacaranda's way to treat their audiences ??
