No prize for Winnning

I was contacted on 16/03/2018 for entering a competition. I won but no one asked for any of my details nor did anyone contact me thereafter. They realised after 3 weeks that no one had captured me winning on their system. I received an e-mail congratulating me after it was fixed. I had to submit a bank statement and ID copy for the payment to be done. Today is 11/05/2018 and I'm still waiting for my prize money. Why get all excited for winning if I have to wait 3 months for the prize. Really bad service.
