Loyal listener Highly disappointed

I received a twitter message on 23 April suggested that I am a "Lucky winner" of #jacaday tickets for the event 2 June via ********** However, today (25 May) more than a month later I haven't received any response from them regarding my supposed prize., even after following up repeatedly. Do they expect me to keep my day available, just in case they eventually send me my tickets? Pathetic to say the least. As a big supporter of Jacaranda, I am very disappointed
