Jacaranda FM -Non Delivery of Prizes!!!

Don't enter competitions on Jacaranda FM as they do not honor their prizes.

Below is a history of our experience after having won 1 prize and asked and promised vouchers if my wife prepared a dish and took it to their studios in Midrand.

What is even more unpalatable is the fact that we are pensioners and incurred costs without promised rewards.

Good Day, this is now the third email I am sending in relation to my prize. Could someone kindly have the courtesy of responding to this email and provide me with a definitive answer as to when I will be receiving my vouchers. I have been very patient and have not even contemplated using other social media platforms to air my dissatisfaction, however, due to the unreasonable delay and particularly non-response to my previous email I will begin using social media platforms to air my disappointment with Jacaranda FM if I do not receive a response.

I would like to enquire as to the status of the following vouchers that I have not yet received:

Date: 27th August 2018 Scenic Drive – Happy Hour I appeared on the Scenic Drive with Riaan via phone and requested the song H.O.L.Y by Bobby van Jaarsveld and was told I would receive a voucher to the value of R 2,500.00 from Somethings Cooking in Times Square. To date I have not received the vouchers. I was told by Morne JK that the vouchers would be emailed to me.

Date: 26th September 2018 Scenic Drive – Takeaway Wednesday. I made a requested dish of Pilchard Fish cakes and was interviewed by Riaan and was informed by Morne JK that I would receive SPAR vouchers to the value of R 1,500.00. To date I have not received the vouchers. I was told by Morne JK that the vouchers would be couriered to me.
