Five calls says it all. Not Riaan says it all

I understand that the show allows people to phone in and give their opinion about certain topics that is being discussed in the studio and on air. If you allow someone to give their opinion then do just that. If you want to debate that is fine, BUT the definition of the word Opinion is someone's belief , his/her point of view. There are no facts needed. The poor lady phoned in today and he belittled her on air. It is not fair. Listeners are the only one's keeping the radio station active. without listeners the station would go out of business. The sad thing is that this morning was not the only time he belittled people on air. Just last week he belittled all Listeners who have butterfly tattoos on their legs using his opinion!! Who do he think he is?? Who gave him the right?? <br> Darren Scot was FIRED for using a word that belittled that person so why does Riaan get away with it ? ( the same thing just another execution of it)
