Did not receive my competition money, very worried

Good day, I have won on a competition but did not received payment. it was R5000 via the lottostar competition. I did phone lottostar to follow up and they have no record of my ID number. All my banking details was uploaded on Jacaranda fm.com

Please assist me urgently it was won on 26 feb and the competition has closed already on 8 march. Lottostar has informed me everyone has been paid, but I have not received my money.
