Appalling Service

Absolutely appalling service. A client from Jacana backed into my parked vehicle on 24 March into the drivers side door, which does not open and close. I can not use my vehicle anymore, it's been 3 weeks and Hollard is yet to finalize the claim. Daily follow ups from myself lead to additional documents requested by Hollard each time which has already been sent to Jacana. This is not my fault, my vehicle was parked, now sitting with this appalling service which leads nowhere slowly without a vehicle. ***-***7
