Worst Loan Experience – Jabulani Money

I had the worst experience with Jabulani Money. I app**** for a loan and submitted both my old and new bank statements to reflect my salary. Despite this, they deposited the money into an account I no longer use – one that is in arrears – instead of the active account I opened two months ago.

When I reached out for clarity, the response I got was dismissive and unprofessional: “What for?” That kind of attitude is unacceptable, especially when I am now being held liable for money deposited into the wrong account due to their incompetence.

This shows a complete lack of accountability and customer care. I regret ever dealing with them and would strongly caution others to think twice before trusting Jabulani Money with their finances.
