Not happy at all

Not happy at all. Took out the loan and made direct deposit on the day loan due so as not to miss the payment. DebiCheck still went through meaning I paid double for the loan. Been trying to get refund for more than a week now without getting any assistance. They were only happy to give me another - whilst practically begging them for refund on the first loan
