****med of loan that I did not receive by jabulani money

I was ****med by Jabulanimoney, for a loan of R1000 that I did not receive but accepted a debicheck for it in my bank app. It's been 10 days now I have not received any cent, and it's due to deduct it's money from account soon which I never received. I need help I sent them 14 emails at *** they never responded not even once, I have proof even their contact does not go through.
