Loan I did not received

I have app**** for a loan of R500, I gave them authorization for debit order to deduct. I haven't received that money its more than 5 days now and they are sending messages to congratulate me in a successful loan that I got and money received while I did not receive a cent from them. When I call their helpline it only plays music only no one answers. I sent them multiple emails without response from them.
