I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with Jabulani Money

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with Jabulani Money. I took out a single loan and paid it back manually. I also sent them proof of payment by email. Despite this, the same loan repayment was later debited from my bank account, meaning I was charged twice for one loan. I contacted Jabulani Money and provided proof of both payments, but I have still not received my refund. I feel that this matter has not been handled properly, especially considering that I have already provided proof of the duplicate payment. I'm sharing my experience so that other customers are aware of what happened to me. I hope Jabulani Money resolves this matter and refunds the duplicate payment.
