Unprofessional Telkom staff Jabulani mall

Telkom Jabulani mall is so unprofessional, get to the store there is a guy at the door with the sanitizer. His busy chatting with a lady and I greet them and they ignore me. So I stand there waiting but I can hear that the conversation has nothing to do with work so I move nearer and greet tjn he just sanitises my hands so I proceed and go to the machine to get a ticket and he suddenly comes to the machine and starts punching whatever so I move aside cause he didn't even say excuse me can you please move while I help this lady. After he gets card he tells me that anyway you skipped the queue then I told him no I didn't so I tell him I'm there for a screen protector he says I have to wait as he has to be at the door there were consultants who weren't working and just sitting. That's not how you treat customers. If you can't help me just tell me no sorry can't don't make me waste my time for something you don't even have
