shoprite must train their staff, more especially Managers, what a pathetic service, but its not a supprise, we are black, we deserve all the ******* that they can offer, but in the northern suburb, you will never see this.

<p>i went to buy a maize meal, iwisa 12,5 kg, one sales man said they dont have, i asked him when they will have, he said i must ask the store manager, i went, to my surprise, i was given an unwelcome environment, i was also told that i must call head office, and complain, she cant help me is head office does not deliver. i still cant believe that we still have such people in our shops. shoprite they have been out of maize meal for some time now and when you ask them, they make you feel out of place, i will never go to JABULANI MALL SHOPRITE, VERY PATHETIC AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF....... SIS.</p>
