Rotten and disgusting behavior

I wish to complain about the disgusting service received at Hungry Lion at Jabulani Mall. A member of Jabulani staff jumped the que and claimed for a till at Hungry lion is exclusively for staff. No sign or verbal notification advised this. This large man came and jumped a long que to which me and my family were next in line. We approached the guy and told him that there was a line. He dismissed us and told us there was a staff till. The cashier remained quiet and didn't advise us of this nor corrct the guys behavior or manner. She continued to serve him in our presence. There was a loud and noticeable back and forth between my partner, myself and the staff member. The staff even pushed me put the way. A female against tjis massive towering man. Disgusting. The cashier remained quiet not addressing the issue or advising us of any truth to the man's statement. Begrudgingly we were forced to move back into line. I dont know if that's the norm or the low standards encouraged by hungry lion or the bully hostile behavior accepted by Jabulani Mall. But it was absolutely disgusting. Customers come first and staff shouldn't think they have preference to outsiders. The least they could have done is explain prior to the altercation. Very appalling behavior from both Hungry Lion and Jabulani Mall staff. Sies. What kind of people do you have working for you.
