Poor Customer Service

I'm beyond disappointed in the customer service I received at Jabulani Mall this evening. After having queued for almost an hour for one item, when I get to the till I'm told that that particular item can only be paid for at the chemist till, which was closed at the time. My question to them is why don't they close that aisle so we know that those particular products are off limits from that time onwards. I posed the question to the manager Victor Tose and he said he can't help me and I should do what will make me happy.
