Jabulani female consultant are rude

my dstv stopped playing wen i called customer service they told me to go to my nearest multichoice i went to Jabulani on monday found the lady who assisted me ,she told me my decoder is no longer working i shud buy another ,i told her i will come the next day ,on tuesday as promised i went back as i approach the door they told me that the power went off without greeting or hearing why i visited their store, then i greeted them reminding the lady that i came yesterday about my decoder the lady told me that she doesnt remember me bt anyway she cannot assist me de to power failer ,i ask her when shud i come back she told me they ran out of decoder wen i ask her where can i get it then she said no where the lady ddnt have any customer service at all and was very rude i ask her if i can get it @maponya mall she said i cannot find it there bt adleast i cud try Randburg ,on my way to Randburg a frend of mine called to ask me if i got a new decoder since she was also experiencing the same problem ,i told her i was on my way to Randburg she ask why ddnt i go to Maponya mall i told her the lady at dstv said i cannot find it there my frend said no ways you must come back she knows that i can find the decoder there ,wen i go to maponya i got the decoder i was mad as hell thinking i was on my way to Randburg this ladies from Jabulani mall have no customer service its not the first time its better if u find the guys there u will get help they must teach them customer service they are very rude i wish they cud jst fire them to teach them a lesson that they must know how to treat customers in a ryt manner ,manner of approach is the nomber 1 rule n greeting is priceless to customer.
