Fridge request.

We bought a fridge at home in January.by the end of January. The fridge was not working we have been to game several times we dont have a fridge so we dont know how long should we go to game to check the fridge that has been fully paid.the worst part of it the said we should pay the delivery fee as if it was our problem that the fridge is not working.am going to the 3rd month now.and they promised to deliver the fridge last week before Friday.so what should we do now coz we cant even buy fridge food.and we use money to go to game to request for the fridge.why do we have to suffer for your faults.you keep saying you gonna call before Friday.we tired of this thing of buying meat everyday to cook. We just dnt understand.
