Customers threatened by Taxi Owners while Center Management does nothing!

I have been shopping @ Jabulani Mall my life and have used e-hailing services with no issues, recently I was forced out of an uber so I can use an unworthy road Taxi that drops me off very far and I need to walk an extra 10 minutes even if I have a lot of groceries. I emailed the Center Management asking them to intervene but they haven't. Our lives are in danger and we can not be bul**** by taxi owner with our money. If this mall was in a different suburb it would have been resolved a long time ago.
