Bad Shopping Experience

Last Friday customer who use e-hailing where left in frustration as all vehicles in e- hailing business could not service their customers due to taxi association prohibiting them inside the premises of a whole mall and not management came in to address this in order proritise their customer shopping experience. The mall management endorse this type of behavior as they know very well that these associations are not a legal entity from government legal structures. Every shopper should decide for himself on what means of transportation would they prefer, weather bus, train, taxing, e-hailing or any other available. I shop with my own money not credit.
