Agent Complain

Good day

i would like to complain abaut this shop im not happy at all, bought a Defy microwave with them hardly a month it gave me problems took it back it was fixed within 2/3 weeks it broke again,i do not want the Microwave back its hardly 3 months and its gonna be fixed twice already and also im not wiling to wait another 2 weeks to get feedback or for them to fix it either i get a new Microwave with another brand or they give back my money,m not interested in their manufactor story thing anymore today its a week since i took it at Jabulani mall and no feedback Microwave its a need,so can i have my money back or a new Microwave Before Friday
