Hardware Refuse to take back Faulty Window

On the 26/12/2016 we bought an aluminium window frame at Jabulani Hardware, Tsolo, Eastern Cape. When we removed the plastic covering it, we then realised that the window is faulty. Two handles are missing, the *****s were not included, its also bent at one corner. We hired a van to take it back to the hardware on 25/01/2017. The manger refused to take it back claiming that he only sells non defective items. The van had to take it back like that.

We are now stuck with this window that was supposed to be new and alright. We did not notice it had a fault as it came covered in a plastic. We only saw these after taking the covering plastic off.

Please help as we feel we are now being ****** by these hardware owners.

Regards,

Babalwa
