Very Outdated Withdrawal system
Jabula bets has potential the site is decent, with a good selection of games, sports but the good words end there. There is no way in 2026 that your withdrawal should pend more than 1hr when you have sent the required documents. If they fixed that I might have considered making jabula bets a regular place to make bets but that wait time of 24-48hrs for a withdrawal is purely unacceptable no justifications and words can explain it away. There are way to many options now in South Africa to excuse such service. As we speak my withdrawal is still pending but of course deposit are always instant. Jabula bets must improve to compete or you force customers to look elsewhere.

30 Sept 2026, 11:16First bank statement was rejected saying there is no stamp even though it's from the FNB app sent in a second confirmation letter now with a stamp. Will they come up again with something else....it's almost as if they are wanting to push customers away because in 2026 with all the options available and you have such a slow and inefficient system you wonder if it's a **** or they don't want customers here there is no alternative

01 Oct 2026, 11:45They were able to approve the withdrawal very quick when it is approved I will update my rating and give them one more shot I do like the website maybe they can improve on the system going forward
