Very disappointed player

I have been waiting for my withdrawal I did since last week, and still not have received my money, the WhatsApp number does not work, there is no other contact for them at at all, when you press the live chat then you're always 60-80 in the queue, and as soon you close that screen then automatically someone responds and says due to no interaction the chat will be closed...PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS ONLINE PLATFORM...
