Nightmare experience with extensions

<p>I had an appointment with Jabula hair in middestad Mall. I told the lady (Fatima) about ten yes that I am white and have very light blonde hair, and on few occasions I prompted her that if they will indeed be able to help me. She was very adamant that I will be happy and assured me that they know their business and have a lot of other white happy customers. <br />As I had clip in Extensions before I know what the quality should be like, how to care for them etc etc. When I walked in there the lady told me that she does not think they will be able to assist as they do not have blonde hair??? I was flabbergasted (since I made arrangements a week ago?!) in the end she said they will try to bleach the BLACK hair blonde. After two rounds of peroxide the hair was a shade of dark copper blonde, needless to say I was utterly disappointed. She assured me that once she is done it would look very nice. Unfortunately this was not the case! I had to go to another hair salon to get copper streaks!!! And besides that, the quality of the hair is poor, the strands are extremely thin and the hair is shedding like crazy. All in all the whole experience, that I was so excited about ended up to be close to a nightmare!!!! In the meantime I was in contact with a Jeremy that told me the owner will contact me. Needless to say nothing happened, and every time I wash my hair it is a tangled mess that takes an hour to sort out and unfortunately it is impossible to sort out without loosing hair!!! not even close to the extensions I used to have, on day 10 the bottom row was about 80% loose and way the hair is shedding I will soon have nothing left since it was such a terrible attempt to start with! </p>
