Poor Service delivery

Hi there! i am greatly disturbed at the service which was provided by the mentioned clinic. Usually patients are made to understand that the waiting period at a clinic is about 3 hours, it is understandable if the clinic is packed by the nurses are doing their outmost best to provide outstanding service but what then in this case when there is only 6 literally 6 patients who just came in for their kids to get vaccination and u are expected to wait from morning (11am) to afternoon (14:30pm) just for service. The nurse kept on saying she is busy with the supervisor, really now are the kids expected to wait that long? did she for a second even think if the kids could be hungry. This is very disturbing! Why are health practitioners treating people like dirt, when they should be taking care? Can service be of outmost importance just for once. I demand outcome and feedback on this, i feel peoples rights / more over respect was disregarded. Shameful if you ask me. I spoke to the manager who promised to address the issue, but then again this is kasi we are talking about. I need to know and see improvement on this, on just at this health care but all in particular.
