Service Excellence

Today I went to order balloons at JA Floral, and not having the best idea of what I wanted along with not knowing which options were available, I found myself looking for someone to help. Along comes Dina. :) Not only was she friendly and helpful, she immediately grasped our idea and went out of her way to find the exact colours and numbers we were looking for. Not once did we feel rushed or like our order was too small to really deserve such special attention, like clients sometimes feel in a retail environment. From start to finish, her service to us was amazing. Well done, Dina. Keep up your hard work and dedicated service to your clients. We need more people like you around!
