EXCELLENT, WARM AND EFFICIENT SERVICE!!!
Visited the store on Saturday late afternoon, looking for a lay down bouquet of flowers for my mom's birthday the next day. I met the most beautiful and humble humans coming from behind the flower cold room. I explained what I wanted and expected them so say it was too late or they cannot do it. But instead, they took the flowers I wanted, added what was needed, give me options on what else I want in it as well as to the different paper options. They said I can walk around in the shop for a while. In no time the manager Riaan came to look for me inside the shop with the most beautiful designed lay down bouquet in his hands. I almost cried when I saw it, it was beyond my expectations. I had to go back to get roses for the cake and his wife Cecelia told me exactly the amount of flowers I would need and how to place them on the cake. Believe it or not, it was just the right amount of flowers. Even today those roses still look like when I bought them. And to top it, they immediately made me felt like I knew them and as if we were part of their family. The staff looked happy and are so friendly, that already told me something. I don't think I will ever buy flowers anywhere else again. Five stars will never be enough. Thanks Riaan and Cecelia, may God bless and keep you and may He expand your territory. Thanks for being a true reflection of how humanity should be like.
