Lack of integrity

My husband spoke to Mike on the phone, gave him the exact measurements and sent photos with lengths. He drove all the way to Germiston from Centurion to pick up the order. When he got home he realized there are not enough sheets to cover the roof. He communicated with Mike who apologized for his error with the calculations. My husband was willing to pay for the two extra missing sheets but asked Mike if he would compromise and deliver these two sheets as it was his error. Mike showed no decency and integrity to fix his error and deliver these sheets to Centurion. So he expected my husband to pay for the extra sheets and drive all the way back to Germiston to pick it up because this owner made an error in the calculation. I will not recommend this company to anyone just because of this lack in integrity.
