Beginning of 2013 if not 2012 I was referred to these attorneys by legal wise. It's been a 4 miserable years dragging the process and myself having to call and find out about progress and get no clear response. Despite having received an email and sms confirming property has been registered months ago, Mogotso tells me today the deed will take six months to reach them 2016/06. Now really? Isn't supposed to be six weeks? Four years to do property transfer going to five? What kind of joke is this. Somebody frpm management level please enlightene me before I take this to the papers because I really don't know what to do now. I need help. What kind of attorneys are these really? I've been made to pay for rate clearance certificate twice because they always submitted late not within the two months they supposed to before the certificate expired. Can you believe that?!
