Paying administration for 9 years

<p>I joined administration on 2010 but I'm still paying even now I have a huge balance of 32 000.I 've been paying 1550 from 2010 till now but I don't see any difference.</p> <p>I cant buy a car or house because I'm registered as a slow payer. Please I need your help to cancel the contract so that I can pay my debts directly</p>
