DISASTROUS and DEVASTING

<p>Towards the latter part of May 2017 on receipt of comparative proposals a contract was awarded to</p> <p>J & N Supreme Projects for two garage doors and gate automation. The total value of their quotation was R 10350 -00 for all parts and labour. They demanded an upfront deposit of R 6 200 - 00 before the commencement of the contract. We met with request and after much ado the work was started. During the process we were met with many challenges and delays. After some threats the work was completed on 19 June 2017 <br />On 1 August 2017 we expereniced problems with the gate and one garage door collapsed. We called the contractor and spoke to JP who promised to call out after hours and we are still waiting. Since Monday both the cellular and land land lines are off the hook. Refuses to respond to emails. Consumers should not use this contactor, telephone numbers ********** and ***<br />Has a consumer what rights do we have ?</p>
