Poor service and workmanship

I bought a brown leather bag at J & N when I was in Clarens at the end of April 2021. The assistant in the shop never bothered if I needed assistance as she was busy chatting to a friend. When I returned from my trip to show off my genuine leather bag, my daughter a world traveler reveals that this was not well made. There are traces of glue on the bag and the finishing was not neat at all. My daughter thought I purchased it from a street vendor. Please check carefully before paying a fortune for something that is not worth the price.
