Service & quality has deteriorated!

We had used J & N Embroidery for a few years, but the last two times have been actual nightmares. They do not have an ounce of customer care in them, and won't even bother to address your concerns. Their embroidery is below par in every sense and they even charge to restitch terrible quality work. Not sure what happened to this place - but they took our R1500 hoodies and absolutely ruined them. Won't ever trust this place again.
