Terrible Service... /Tree felling

What a disappointing experience we had using (J.M. Tree felling Services). To start with we agreed upon a price, - (which on the day of the job, the price was now not enough after they had started working.) We had agreed to which tree's would be removed with complete root removal, (5 trees) and others (2 tree's) to just cut down and the stumps to be "poisoned". On the day of the job half way through working on removing and cutting down tree's and removing roots, the machine to remove the stumps did not arrive, - (according to the owner the tree's are to wet) - they had 4 guys chopping out tree roots, the person in charge sent his workers to cut half of a tree that was hanging over from our side to the neighbors side down. On going to do this the owner and his workers neclected our work and started cutting down other tree's in the neighbors yard that had nothing to do with our work our side, which was not part of the agreement with us. (The worker or the neighbor did not have the decency to even ask if we would mind if they did this!!!) Thus all the workers except the 2 chopping at a tree stump and root went next door. Through all this time the owner of this company kept on trying to get us to pay him cash, as he said he needed this and that....- (the guys collecting the rubble, then food, ect. ect.) We had agreed upon all the work to be done 1st and on completion payment would be mad). This has been the worst experience ever... This company is not professional. - (They don't keep to there word) They drank the entire day. - (Left beer cans and bottles and the wrapping laying in the garden) They begged for money. They left our property in a mess. We had to ask them to clean up, which they didn't. - (even after agreeing to do so). They had no respect for anything on our property, taking and using stuff without asking permission. Moving pot plants to cut the trees down and not putting them back. - (Which they had agreed to put back) I would not recommend this company to anyone, they have no pride in what they are doing. I have pictures to substantiate the mess left behind. I would not even give them any rating as they are not worth it!!!!
