Did not visit the Dr (so cannot comment on him but reviews online day he's great) but cancelled my appointment the moment I spoke to the receptionist. She was rude, condescending, unhelpful and bullying.

She put the phone down on me within seconds of me explaining who I was and that I had been referred to Dr. When I got hold of the practice again, she was more interested in rushing through the call than answering my basic questions. I had to repeat myself several times because she didn't care to listen to my responses the first time.

She frequently battered away questions by telling me she does not work for the medical aid and was not interested in how or why I was referred.

Maybe it was a bad day for her, but it felt like I was speaking to the world's most uninterested **** artist who just wanted me to come, pay for the visit, and then never come again.

Sadly, I am one of many online who have complained about the receptionists.

I called another practice not far from here and had a much better experience.
