Pathetic service

I phoned J&K mobile mechanic regarding a quote and assistance with my bakkie as all I required was assistance with a new drive belt. I gave my details ect and we made a fixed time for them to come and assist me. Needless to say I waited for HOURS without them arriving . Not a single phone call or message to say that they were not able to come out to my residence, upon phoning them they simply ignore the call... now I am not the only one with whom this type of incident has happened and I will surely not be the last. Why promote a business and your 'exceptional' service if you CLEARLY lack the people skills and management skills in the first place. Business etiquette is lacking with this organization. The time I waited for these guys could have been used better in finding someone else that would have been willing and eager to assist. Please don't waste peoples time with pathetic service such as you gave me. I will never make use of your pathetic services and will strongly be against recommending you to anyone else. Please learn how to properly deal with paying customers....
