GOLF GTI

This guy sold me a Golf GTI and took my Mini Cooper as a trade in. After taking delivery of the vehicle it has given endless problems. The computer box is faulty. I had to replace the windscreen as it was chipped. Since i took delivery of the vehicle it has stood in a mechanical workshop for 16 days in total. He is refusing to take the vehicle back and refund my money. What do I do now.
