******* service, even for South Africa

Asked twice, and still waited over 30 min to get serive in the store. 1 staff member on the floor with 20 customers in the premises. The only reason I waited was they were the only company in the area with the part I needed. Also, waited over 1 week for a service call, when I rang to follow up, was told “someone would call back as we’re very busy”. One week later no follow up. Typical, in my experience, of SA company’s....NOBODY cares!
