Just don't care

I have managed to get a wellpoint sunk at my home after this went to them to consult about a pump and all the other stuff needed. At the store I was told to contact one of the directors as they need to test the hole and the quality of the water. Needless to say after many emails and sms calls no response. Two days a go I got hold of the person and he while on the phone took my details again and said he is reading my mail as we speek. So gave details again and he said he will mail me that same day with costing for the testing and only then can he help me with pumps and accessories needed. Needless to say two days later still nothing. This is one of the directors there thanks a million for no service delivery. Thinking keep it local but will need to look some were els. Time wasting
