Social media is full of negativity so a good deed like I experienced today is like a breath of fresh air.

Dropped watch off at Findlay's with the request to change the strap. Collected it an hour later only to be told 'no charge'.

It took time for that work to be done and time is money, but they clearly consider the customer's needs to be so much more important.
