****** unprofessional behavior at Jf Auto

Shocking service. Rude and disrespectful receptionist. I complained about the poor service previously received instead of apologizing she started shouting and making excuses. I told her that cannot shout at me like she talks to her staff. She called her boss who then told me to take my car elsewhere I did I inform him that I would report them to the press for their ****** behavior. The owner refused to give me my car keys I had to threaten to call the police before he gave me my keys. If it was possible to give zero stars I would!
