J F Auto Repairs,Services and Towing ***** & *******

I recently took my car by accident to J F Auto Repairs,Services and Towing informing them that I arranged for my car to be serviced with a specific person whose name I will withhold as it turned out this person worked for another company. They took my car without taking my contact information. Not knowing what to do (as the car was not booked in with them) or anything about the car they decided to do a general service of the vehicle. When I realised my mistake I rushed to their premises to find my car on a ramp dismantled. I asked them what they did and why they serviced the car if they didn't know anything about it on which they rep**** they just went ahead cause the car was there. I had to pay them as the car was still dismantled and they could have refused to assemble the car as they did "service" the car. The following day I took my car to the place that I did make the original arrangement for the service to do what was arranged only to discover that J F Auto Repairs,Services and Towing damaged my water pump which needed to be replaced now and that J F Auto Repairs,Services and Towing didn't replace all the parts that they claimed they did. I then went back to J F Auto Repairs,Services and Towing on which Ashley rep**** that it's coincidence and then walked away. I then phoned the owner John Falcon and explained the situation. The owner just said that he reviewed the previous days repairs and that everything was in order and then he became extremely sarcastic asking me if they stared at the water pump until it was broken. Neither Ashley or John even offered that I must take my car back in order for them to fix it or offer any further assistance. The correct thing to do was not to service the car until they knew whose car it was and what needed to be done. Since they **** about what they did replace I had to "re-service" the car in order to make sure that there was a form of service done to the car. J F Auto Repairs,Services and Towing are ***** and ******* who becomes unhelpful and sarcastic when they are caught. Please stay away from these people.
