misrepresentation

My company paid J Dezigns to do a website that was intergrated into property24.Jonathan said this can be done so we can discard our current functioning website and he can build this new one. Now we have been told 6 months later by Jonathan it can not be done and he is not refunding our deposit.Communication has not been good at all.
