J community loans - worse credit provider no credit clearance or payed up letter

I app**** for a one month loan with this **** company which I later paid in the same month. This has impacted my credit score. I have done multiple attemps to get a paid up letter to have this removed with no success. I have a copy of what I signed up for and I have reached out the contact details on the contract still no success. I don't know how to get this removed. I need assistance with this. They don't have a direct number nor email.
