Black list for no reason

my query/seeking info. is a 2 parter. 1. i took out a short term loan with a place called J Community cash loan, which is registered with NCR (which is the 2nd part of this) i was then not able to keep the agreement and paid a 2weeks late. it is now 4months pass and i have a credit report that shows i am 2months late on payment. i have since tried to get a payup leter but no matter how many emails i send to request for the letter there is no reply, contact no. i evertually get blocked from and have to change the phones/numbers i call from to get through. even on the NCR site the number its registered under they to have blocked me. is there any other way to actually get this removed from my credit report? 2. how does the NCR process work and give licenses and there are a few loan companies which are ******** with registered NCR numbers. is this another coruption scheme where licenses are bought? here are the 3 i have found so far (please take note of the address when searched on the maps.
