Shoddy work not repaired

Pierre and his workers were on the ball to give a quote to take care of a leaking roof. Work was done. They got paid. Roof is still leaking at the same place. I've informed them as the work caries a 12 month warranty. They promised to attend to the leak and arranged an appointment. They never showed up , no apologies and that they cannot make the appointment due to what ever reason. Nothing. I called him a week later. He visited the property confirmed what the problem was and that they will fix it on Thursday. Needless to say, they were a no show again. I've contacted them a week later and I'm still waiting for them to return my call. Very sorry to say but I will not recommend them for work at my property to anyone
